Design Finalisation & Material Orders
Final design sign-off, material selections locked, NOC application submitted. This is when tile, marble, fixtures, and cabinetry are ordered — some materials have 3-4 week lead times, so delays here cascade through the entire project.
Strip-Out & Structural Prep
Demolition of existing finishes, plumbing rough-in, electrical rewiring, waterproofing. The villa will look worse before it looks better — this is normal. Your project manager sends daily WhatsApp photo updates so nothing is a surprise.
Tiling, Joinery & Glass Installation
Floor and wall tiling, kitchen and wardrobe installation, glass enclosures and partitions fitted. This is where the vision starts to come together. Each trade works in sequence — our in-house team means zero coordination delays between subcontractors.
Paint, Fixtures & Detail Work
Painting, lighting installation, sanitaryware fitting, hardware, final glass polishing. Every detail is checked against the original design specification. Your dedicated project manager walks the site with the snagging list.
Deep Clean & Final Walkthrough
Professional deep clean, client walkthrough, snagging corrections (if any), handover documentation. You receive your 1-year craftsmanship warranty certificate and maintenance guide. Move-in ready.
