The Villa

The Villa is a spacious community developed by Dubai Properties, located in Dubailand along the Hessa Street corridor. Completed around 2010, it features a variety of Spanish-influenced villa types — Centro, Palestra, Aldea, Ponderosa, Hacienda, Estella and Cordoba — offering some of the largest residential plots available in Dubai. With many homes now over fifteen years old, The Villa has entered its peak renovation cycle, and we have completed 9 projects across the community's diverse villa types.

What sets The Villa apart from other communities is the sheer size of the properties. The larger Hacienda and Cordoba villas can exceed 7,000 sqft of built-up area with plots over 10,000 sqft, making them ideal for families who want space and privacy.
