Completed around 2010, it features a variety of Spanish-influenced villa types — Centro, Palestra, Aldea, Ponderosa, Hacienda, Estella and Cordoba — offering some of the largest residential plots available in Dubai. With many homes now over fifteen years old, The Villa has entered its peak renovation cycle, and we have completed 9 projects across the community's diverse villa types.

The larger Hacienda and Cordoba villas can exceed 7,000 sqft of built-up area with plots over 10,000 sqft, making them ideal for families who want space and privacy. The original fitout across most villas was kept simple and functional, which means there is significant scope to personalise these generous spaces to a premium standard. This combination of large floor plans and straightforward starting finishes creates outstanding renovation potential. The community management approval process is straightforward compared to some Emaar or Nakheel communities, though engineering drawings are still required for any structural modifications or pool construction.
