Mudon

Mudon is a mid-market family community by Dubai Properties, located in the Dubailand corridor near Arabian Ranches and Remraam. The community offers a mix of independent villas, semi-detached villas and townhouses across sub-communities including Arabella, Naseem, Rahat and Al Salam. While more affordable than Arabian Ranches, Mudon has developed a strong family-focused identity with excellent community amenities.
