Jumeirah Park

Jumeirah Park is a well-established Nakheel community of family villas set within lush, landscaped parks and gardens. The community was completed around 2012 and features four main villa types — Legacy (large), Heritage (medium-large), Regional (medium) and District (compact). With homes now over a decade old, Jumeirah Park has entered a major renovation cycle, and we have completed 15 projects across the community's various villa types.

The original Nakheel fitout in Jumeirah Park was functional but utilitarian. Kitchens were equipped with basic cabinetry and laminate countertops, bathrooms featured standard ceramic tiles, and the overall finish was designed for volume, not luxury. After 12+ years of family living, most homes show visible wear — cracked tiles, dated kitchen designs, worn flooring, and bathrooms in need of complete waterproofing remediation. The larger Legacy and Heritage villas in particular offer enormous potential for transformation, with generous ceiling heights and open-plan possibilities that were not fully exploited in the original design.

Outdoor living is a major focus in Jumeirah Park renovations. Many villas sit on sizeable plots with room for pool construction, covered terraces, outdoor kitchens and landscaped gardens. The community is known for its green, tree-lined streets, and homeowners want their private outdoor spaces to match that premium feel. Nakheel's NOC process is required for any external work including pools, boundary modifications and facade changes, and our team handles this entire process in-house.
