JLT (Jumeirah Lake Towers)

Jumeirah Lake Towers is one of Dubai's largest residential freehold communities, comprising over 80 towers arranged around three artificial lakes. Developed under the DMCC free zone, the towers were built by various developers between 2007 and 2012, which means the quality of original fitout varies enormously from tower to tower. This inconsistency, combined with the fact that most apartments are now 13–18 years old, has created a thriving renovation market. We have completed 14 projects across JLT's clusters, from compact studios to spacious three-bedroom penthouses.

JLT apartment renovations require a practical, value-focused approach. The apartments here range from investment studios where smart, cost-effective upgrades maximise rental yield, to owner-occupied family apartments that deserve a full transformation. Kitchen renovations are consistently the top priority — the original JLT kitchens were compact and basic, and a modern redesign with handleless cabinetry, engineered stone worktops and better lighting can transform the entire apartment's feel. Bathroom upgrades follow closely, along with flooring replacement and built-in storage to address JLT's common space challenges.

Building management rules in JLT differ by cluster and tower, as each building has its own management company. We maintain working relationships with management across multiple JLT clusters and handle all NOC applications and coordination. The practical considerations of working in JLT — limited parking for material delivery, specific elevator booking requirements, noise restrictions — are second nature to our team.
