Dubai Marina is one of the emirate's most iconic residential neighbourhoods, with a dense cluster of residential towers lining the marina waterway and the Arabian Gulf coastline. Most towers were completed between 2006 and 2012, making the majority of apartments 13 to 18 years old. This age profile, combined with the high turnover of rental tenants, means that Dubai Marina has one of the highest concentrations of apartment renovation demand in the city.
