The residential towers here include some of the most prestigious addresses in the emirate: The Address series, Burj Vista, 8 Boulevard Walk, Boulevard Point, South Ridge, The Residences, and the towers within The Old Town. With most core buildings completed between 2008 and 2014, apartment interiors are now 10–17 years old, and the demand for premium renovation is intense. Emaar community management requires detailed NOC applications for renovation work, with specific requirements for contractor insurance, working hours and waste disposal. We maintain pre-approved contractor status with several Downtown buildings, which streamlines the approval process for our clients. The logistics of working in high-rise towers — limited elevator access for materials, specific delivery windows, noise restrictions — require experienced project management, and our team handles these complexities daily.
